What is the Patient Experience Team?

The Patient Experience Team is here to help you get the most out of the benefits, services, and care at the Culinary Health Centers! They make sure patients, families, and the care team feel supported, valued, and respected throughout the entire healthcare journey. They work hard to ensure patients receive 5-star service at every visit. They serve as patient advocates and are often liaisons for patients and providers, if needed. They can assist you with any questions or concerns while visiting the Culinary Health Centers.

What can the Patient Experience Team help me with?

• Get answers to your questions
• Provide guidance, education, and resources
• Help with complicated situations (disability, FMLA, concerns, etc.)
• Explain your patient rights and responsibilities
• Serve as an advocate and liaison between you and your provider, if needed
• Give you a tour of the health centers
• Sign up for a class or program (when you’re at the health centers)
• See if your eligible for benefits and services (during your visit)
• Explain things that are sent by mail or text
• Promote health literacy
