Florentina GarciaM.D.

Dr. Florentina Garcia is a board-certified family medicine doctor. She is passionate about caring for Union members and their families. Dr. Garcia joined the Culinary Health Center because she believes in our goal of making healthcare easier to access. Dr. Garcia is proud of her patient-centered approach to treat the person, not just the symptoms. She listens to her patients, takes time to answer questions, and helps them stay healthy.

Dr. Garcia has been in the medical field since 2018. Before joining our team at the Culinary Health Center, she cared for patients as a physician at private clinics focusing on primary care, women’s health, and weight management. Dr. Garcia brings her previous experience to support the health and well-being of our diverse Culinary community.

When not caring for patients, Dr. Garcia enjoys exploring new flavors and trying new foods.
