Chad Bullock is a board-certified family medicine provider. He has over 20 years of experience. Chad is passionate about helping his patients feel balanced and healthy. He believes in treating each patient as if they were family.
Chad joined the Culinary Health Center for our great reputation and focus on patient-centered care. Before joining our team, Chad worked in various health roles and proudly served in the U.S. Armed Forces. He brings his expertise to care for patients with compassion and respect.
When not caring for patients, Chad enjoys spending time with his family. He also stays active by surfing, boating and exercising.
